What if I cannot find my office or package?

What if collection must be observed?
Confirm the requirement with your program and choose a site offering that service. Read the collection instructions.
Does the barcode book an appointment?
No. It authorizes your prepaid collection. Check the site’s hours and appointment policy before visiting. Use the network printed on your barcode; Quest and Labcorp authorizations are not interchangeable.
